  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 140°C then make the syrup: in a saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, applesauce, and orange juice over low heat
  • Step 2: Chop the hazelnuts and almonds
  • Step 3: On a baking sheet, spread out the chopped almonds and hazelnuts, poppy seeds, and shredded coconut
  • Step 4: Add the syrup to your mixture and mix well
  • Step 5: Spread the mixture out evenly and bake for at least 40 minutes at 140°C or gas mark 5
