1. Delivery of your order

📦 France Zone (including DOM, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Monaco)

  • Standard Shipping : Tracked Letter, Colissimo Home Delivery (La Poste) or TNT automatically calculated based on weight and amount.

  • Délais indicatifs : 2 to 3 business days after shipping (excluding preparation time).

  • Delivery fees : Delivery offered for any amount.

  • Express Delivery : DHL

  • Indicative deadlines : 1 to 2 business days after shipping (excluding preparation time).

  • Delivery fees : 12€

 

🌍 European Union Zone (excluding Switzerland and United Kingdom)

  • Standard Shipping : International Tracked Letter or International Colissimo (La Poste) automatically calculated based on weight and amount.

  • Indicative deadlines : 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery fees : €7.5 for any order under €80


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Indicative deadlines : 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery fees : 15€ for any order under 80€

  • For all orders over 80€ free DHL shipping.

 

🌍 Switzerland and United Kingdom Zone


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Délais indicatifs : 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

  • Delivery fees : 25€ for any order under 80€

  • For all orders over 80€ free DHL shipping.

 

 

🌐 Rest of the World Zone


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Indicative deadlines : 3 to 10 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery fees : 40€ for any order under 120€

  • For all orders over 120€ free DHL shipping.

 

 

2. Preparation times

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday : same-day shipping or next business day shipping.

  • Orders placed le samedi et/ou dimanche : preparation the following Monday.

Les commandes passées après 12 heures le vendredi ou le week-end seront traitées le jour ouvrable suivant.

Delivery times are given as an indication only. Delays beyond our control (carrier, customs, strikes, etc.) may occur.

 

 

3. Returns

  • You have 30 days after receipt to return a product.

  • Thank you for contacting us at contact@terredemars.com specifying:

    • votre numéro de commande,

    • les articles concernés,

    • le motif du retour.

  • After validation, we will send you the return instructions.

  • Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, except in the case of a defective product or one shipped by mistake.

  • Le remboursement est effectué sur le moyen de paiement initial dans un délai d’environ 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned package.
