Shipping policy

1. Delivery of your order

📦 France zone (including DOM, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Monaco)

  • Standard Delivery : Tracked Letter, Colissimo Home (La Poste) or TNT calculated automatically based on weight and order amount.

  • Estimated times : 2 to 3 business days after shipment (excluding handling time).

  • Shipping costs : Delivery free for any amount.

  • Express Delivery : DHL

  • Estimated times : 1 to 2 business days after shipment (excluding handling time.

  • Shipping costs : 12€

 

🌍 European Union zone (excluding Switzerland and United Kingdom)

  • Standard Delivery : International Tracked Letter or Colissimo International (La Poste) calculated automatically based on weight and order amount.

  • Estimated times : 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping costs : 7.5€ for any order under 80€


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Estimated times : 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping costs : 15€ for any order under 80€

  • For all orders over 80€ DHL delivery free.

 

🌍 Switzerland and United Kingdom zone


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Estimated times : 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping costs : 25€ for any order under 80€

  • For all orders over 80€ DHL delivery free.

 

 

🌐 Rest of the World zone


  • Express Delivery : DHL.

  • Estimated times : 3 to 10 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping costs : 40€ for any order under 120€

  • For all orders over 120€ DHL delivery free.

 

 

2. Handling time

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday : shipped the same day or the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday : prepared the following Monday.

Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays beyond our control (carrier, customs, strikes, etc.) may occur.

 

 

3. Returns

  • You have 14 days after receipt to return a product.

  • Please contact us at contact@terredemars.com stating:

    • your order number,

    • the items concerned,

    • the reason for the return.

  • After approval, we will send you the return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an item shipped in error.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned package.
